I got the sinkbridge recently and used it as a sinkbridge, as well as using it as a normal stone holder. In comparison to the naniwa sinkbridge, you do have the option to use it standalone and it will be very solid on the kitchen counter, too.

You basically only need this and don’t even have to buy another stone holder if you have enough space for it.

It also looks very beautiful and feels nice, to the touch and to use.

My only contra points are that it’s kinda pricey for what you get and it won’t fit every sink because of the metal bars (for my sink the metal bars are a little long).

Besides that it’s a very nicely built product which will hopefully last a lifetime with good care.

Very nice, durable construction. Leather just needs to break in a bit and will be perfect. Probably the best knife roll I’ve owned.

Fuck me!! I hate writing reviews a LOT but in this case I had to. I purchased a Tojiro Deba knife on the Black Friday Sale. Unlike other webshops that would ghost you if they make a mistake, which I had quite often lately, they‘ve sent me an email immediately that the knife I ordered was sold out but they accidentally didn’t update their system. They gave me the option of a refund or the exact same deba knife by the same blacksmith but instead of the buffalo ferrule I ordered it would have a plastic one. I already have chosen to spend the money so it was a nobrainer to go for that option. The plastic ferrule knife had a price difference I didn’t even notice and I still got a refund of that difference I didn’t expect at all. But the cherry on top is that the shipment was way faster then anything I’ve ever ordered before and I already hold that knife in my hands right now. Incredible knifes for a an incredible price and even better customer care!!! Other websites could learn a lot from them!!! I bought this knife a few months ago to have a knife that I can use every day in the restaurant, that doesn't have vulnerable steel and is also beautiful. This knife definitely fulfils these requirements! The sharpness remains wonderful even after several months of intensive use. It seems very large at first, but you get used to it very quickly thanks to its low weight and it is simply an all-rounder. Thank you SharpEdge for this perfect knife in every aspect!

As usual Sharp Edge service is excellent and products high quality. Sharpening stones easy to use, especially with spacer. Even if you were unsure there is an excellent step by step video on their web site. Knives are even sharper now, and the set sharpens other knives. We had some old Sabatier knives that sharpened up a treat.
