Die Senzo-Küchenschere von Suncraft ist eines der vielseitigsten Werkzeuge in der Küche. Die gezackten Klingen eignen sich hervorragend zum Schneiden von Fleisch und Haut und eignen sich daher ideal für Aufgaben wie das Zerlegen eines ganzen Hähnchens oder das Schneiden von Speck in Stücke. Aufgrund der zangenartigen Form am Griff können sie auch zum Knacken von Schalentieren und Nüssen verwendet werden. Auch andere Küchenaufgaben, wie das Schneiden von Kräutern und das Schneiden von Teig, sind eine weitere tolle Möglichkeit, sie zu nutzen.
Sie bestehen aus Edelstahl und können zur einfacheren Reinigung auseinandergenommen werden.

My most recent purchase, following a Deba and a Yanagiba knife, was a Senzo Kitchen Shear.
All three products are of exceptional quality. The knives deliver outstanding cutting performance, excellent filleting capability, and the level of precision required for sushi preparation. I am not a professional chef—just a recreational fisherman—so I cannot comment on every technical detail. What I can say is that they perform beautifully.
As for the kitchen shears, they are simply excellent. Although manufactured in China, they are produced according to the standards and specifications of the highly respected Senzo factory.
What I would particularly like to emphasize, however, is your company’s after-sales service. Every member of your team like Iva has been exceptionally courteous, and the level of support has been remarkably prompt, whether by phone or email.
I had a minor accident with my Yanagiba knife and sent it back for servicing. It was sharpened, engraved with my initials, and returned to me in an impressively short time.
Product quality is important, but what truly distinguishes a company is the service it provides after the sale. In both respects, Sharp Edge excels. You consistently go the extra mile for your customers, and that deserves recognition.

Ho acquisito queste forbici un mese fa e premettendo il prezzo e la grande produzione del marchio che nella produzione si è sposata in China, io credo che siano ottime. Conferiscono un taglio molto elegante e preciso, allo stesso tempo l'ho usato nell'aprire pesci d'acqua dolce e ha una forza e taglio netto non indifferente se voi come me mangiate molto pesce cotto intero al forno, pulire pesci non è facile se la forbice non taglia. Io con questa forbice ho riscoperto il piacere di aprire e pulire il pesce. Forbice molto facile da pulire completamente visto il suo meccanismo. Da maneggiare con cura nella propria custodia porta coltelli visto che se appesi o non maneggiati correttamente possano staccarsi e bucare il parquet di casa 😅🤣 in riassunto, OTTIME FORBICI . Grazie

Excellent scissors
It’s sad to see a well known Japanese brand like suncraft deliver you a product made in CHINA..
Also this taken apart system maybe allow you to clean it easily but it never work well when you cut,especially in the tip of scissors..
It s simply a poorly designed product

We understand your disappointment, while the majority of our Suncraft products are made in Japan, a small number (like these shears) are produced in China, but this shouldn’t compromise their quality.
We realize that the take-apart feature can sometimes feel inconvenient, but it also allows for very thorough cleaning, which is important for food safety. We actually use these shears ourselves in our filleting courses and find they perform very well.
Could you share a bit more about the specific task you were doing with the tip of the scissors? This would help us better understand your experience and see if there’s a way we can assist further.
