I’ve used a lot of scrapers over the years, mainly for working with dough, clearing my chopping board, or transferring ingredients into containers. The problem I’ve always found is that most are either too stiff or far too soft.

Gestura really found that sweet spot. The flexibility is just right — firm enough to have control, but flexible enough to adapt to different situations in the kitchen. It makes a simple tool surprisingly versatile.

I genuinely recommend it.

There’s also something special about having an accessory that is made in Japan. For me, it adds a certain charm and meaning to the tool. You can feel the care, attention to detail and craftsmanship that has gone into making it.

I know the price point is quite high compared to a standard scraper, but once you use it, you can understand where that price comes from. And honestly, that level of thought and craftsmanship carries through to Gestura’s other products as well.

A small tool, but one that has earned a permanent place in my kitchen.

I have to say once again that I am not a chef, but simply a passionate amateur fisherman, so I hope my comments will be taken with a little indulgence !
This is a very good cutting board, made from linden wood. My favourite knives suffer much less when I use it, which is very important to me. It is also easy to clean and maintain.
But once again, I would like to praise Sharp Edge for their fast service and, above all, for the excellent and secure packaging and shipping of this substantial cutting board. It arrived safely here on the island of Folegandros, which means a lot to me.

While the price of this sink bridge is a bit of a whopper, so is the device itself. Pictures do not do it justice; it is absolutely massive and solid. Using it during thinning with heavy pressure reveals no flex at all, and every section locks in firmly with the screws. Fit and finish is perfect.

The color and the feeling in arm is really good

The knife is perfect cut good look good and one of the most important the customer service was the best that I received ever.

Really beautiful.
Sharpness could be higher out of the box, but it's nothing a couple of passes on the strop can't fix.

It feels nice, however it is on the big and heavy side, this helps with stability nonetheless.

Very happy with my purchase. Love the mix of Nakiri and Bunka. Looks good, cuts like everything is butter. I like rare steels, so I went for strix instead of SG2 or VG10. I am using it on a soft Hasegawa cutting board.

Got this petty knife while it was on sale, it's killer sharp, maintaing it has been easy, has work wonders for supreming grapefruits, cleaning and portioning fish fillets and doing chicken crowns. Definetly reccomend

Fitting is clean and gooed done. The blade is not dead centered but almost there.
Nothing to complain.
