This is my everyday knife at work, and I love it.
We purchased this knife a couple years ago and it's a favorite in our kitchen. It's not only beautifully crafted but it's also incredibly sharp and has stayed that way. When we needed a 50th birthday gift it was an easy choice. I had a small shipping issue because of the address I used but the package arrived and the recipient was thrilled. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and how helpful they were. I didn't get just one response and a "good luck with your issue" but a quick response to all my communications. I got this 140mm handle for my Shigeki Tanaka 240mm Gyuto.
