A classic, professional peeler FC-110 from Japanese manufacturer Suncraft is made of very sharp, precise and thin stainless steel. Due to its thin sharp blade, the effort when peeling will be minimal (reducing fatigue in your hands), and at the same time reduces the amount of waste.
Good for vegetables, fruits, hard cheese, and chocolate.
