A beautiful example of Japanese craftsmanship, where every detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the exceptional quality of the metal and the precision of the construction, to the beautifully finished wooden handle.
Even the smallest details are clever: the stickers come off effortlessly from the wooden handle, the saucepan is equally comfortable to use for both right - and left - handed cooks, and the indicator inside is a wonderfully practical touch. I particularly like the ingenious hanger for the lid — simple, elegant and incredibly useful.
