Kiritsuke-gyuto knives
Another popular variation of the gyuto knife shape is the kiritsuke-gyuto, which is, as the name suggests the love child of the kiritsuke and gyuto shape. Gyuto's DNA can be seen in the long curved blade, with kiritsuke's gene pool contributing the distinctive 'K-tip'.
