If your idea of “me time” includes fresh air, unruly branches and a little hands-on tree care, meet your new favorite pruning companion. This Japanese pull saw cuts cleanly through green wood without unnecessary damage—perfect for gardens, orchards and adventures above ground level.
Kenryu Japanese Pruning Saw 240 mm (9.4") is a professional Japanese hand saw for pruning trees, fruit trees and branches. Designed to make clean, precise cuts in green wood, it is an excellent choice for gardeners, fruit growers, arborists and anyone looking to minimise damage to trees during pruning.
The taper-ground blade has no conventional tooth set, allowing it to leave a very clean cut. This is particularly important when pruning living trees, as a smooth cut reduces the risk of splitting and helps the wound heal more quickly.
The saw features a beechwood handle and a wooden protective sheath. The sheath is fitted with a leather belt loop and a press-stud safety strap, making the saw suitable for working at height when one hand needs to remain free for support.
