Japanese Benriner Mandoline slicer is perfect for creating thin (or thick) slices for everything from salads to stir-fries and it makes prep work quick and easy. A major time-saver!

Mandoline has, next to the straight blade that can be resharpened, three interchangeable blades (blades: coarse, medium and fine tooth) for slicing in either direction.

Thickness can be easily adjusted from 0.3 mm to about 3 mm. The non-skid base and finger guard ensure safe slicing. The mandoline effortlessly comes apart for easy cleaning.

Why use a mandoline when we have knives? Well, the answer is... consistency! Benriner's Mandoline Slicer slices fruits and veggies into consistently sized pieces that cook evenly and look great.

☝️ And don't forget to watch your fingers! It is notoriously known as the "finger guillotine" 😳.

Super slicer

I have had it for many years and I am very satisfied with it. The sharpness of the blade remains and it is really high quality. Now I bought it for a friend, because this is a tool you must have in the kitchen.

Excellent product

I have been holding off on buying this mandolin, but the product is perfect. It might be too narrow for some, but realistically it is easier to work with than with a wider product. The knives are easy to remove and can be sharpened and the thickness of the cut is easily adjusted. A product that will last a long time. All recommendations.

A serious change!

A change from slicing everything :-) I wish I could make thicker slices, that's my only "complaint". Other than that, it cuts like a hot knife through butter, you can go through enough cucumbers for the whole family in no time. Or carrots. Easy to wash, change julienne blades, adjust. Satisfied!
