Text Engraving is an engraving service available on product pages of our knives. 6 preselected fonts are available to choose from.
Once we receive your order, we will email you a preview of your engraving with the location and the size of your text in the font you selected. We need 1-2 business days to prepare the preview. It is possible to adjust size and location if needed. When we receive your confirmation, it takes 2 business days to engrave your knife.
Text Engraving is only possible on 1 side of the blade. For a fully customized engraving, add Custom Engraving product to your cart next to the knife you would like to engrave.
Delivery & Return policy
Delivery time
Adding custom engraving will delay the shipping date by 3–4 business days. Please plan accordingly.
Return policy
Engraved knives are custom-made products and therefore are not eligible for returns, except in the following cases:
- The knife was damaged during delivery, or you received an open package.
- The delivered knife is broken or damaged, or you received the wrong product.
We carefully inspect every item before we send it to you, but it is out of our control if something happens during transport. We ask customers to check the contents of their package and inspect the products upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us immediately, as we are unable to address complaints made at a later time.
