Large swivel peeler from Japanese manufacturer Suncraft is made of very sharp, precise and thin stainless steel. Due to its thin sharp blade, the effort when peeling will be minimal (reducing fatigue in your hands), and at the same time reduces the amount of waste. The top of the peeler can be used to remove potato eyes.
Good for firmer vegetables, fruits, hard cheese, and chocolate.
