Takohiki, a variation of traditional Japanese Yanagiba knife, is made by the one and only Shigeki Tanaka. The knife is chisel ground (single bevel) and is suitable only for right-handed users. The blade is forged in Aogami #2 Blue steel and contains a large, round, traditional Japanese handle. On top is a 17-layer gorgeous Damascus pattern.
