Deba, a heavy traditional Japanese knife for rougher tasks made by the one and only Shigeki Tanaka. The knife is chisel ground (single bevel) and is suitable only for right-handed users. The blade is forged in Aogami #2 Blue steel and contains a large, round, traditional handle. On top is a 17-layer gorgeous Damascus pattern which makes this Deba a one-of-a-kind!
