Knife Description

This is a full tang western-style chef's knife. The blade is AEB-L stainless steel, ground with a full distal taper and thin behind the edge, which measures 20cm from tip to heel. The handle is a combination of black G10 and heavily figured stabilized birch, held together with epoxy and corby screws. The knife suitable for any home or professional chef - the thin, tall blade is perfect for working on a cutting board, as there is plenty of knuckle clearance. The spine and finger choil are chamfered for pinch grip comfort.

Imperfections

No imperfections.
